Regular companies in the Turkish Code of Obligations numbered 6098 and the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 are as follows: Ordinary Partnership (regulated in articles 620.649 of the Turkish Code of Obligations.) Limited Company (regulated in articles 573,644 of the Turkish Commercial Code.) Joint stock company (Turkish Commercial Code' regulated in articles 329-562 of the Turkish Commercial Code.) Collective Company (regulated in articles 211-303 of the Turkish Commercial Code.) Cooperative Company (regulated in the Cooperatives Law No. 1163 with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code.) Commandite Company (Turkish Commercial Code' regulated in Articles 304,328 of the Company.) Ordinary Partnership is the only company without legal personality. Other companies have legal personality.
